In June, entrusted by customers, the company carried out a batch transportation project of large-scale wind power equipment from the production plant to the port. This batch of wind power equipment is out of gauge, with huge dimensions: 60 meters in total length, 7 meters in width and 6 meters in height. Due to the large amount of goods, high transportation difficulty and foreign-related export orders, overseas customers have strict technical specifications and safety control standards.
In order to ensure the safety and compliance of the whole transportation, the project team took the initiative to dock with customers, checked the operation details of the whole process one by one, such as transportation route, loading and reinforcement, escort scheme, road control, etc., strictly followed the laws and regulations on large-scale transportation and the transportation specifications for foreign-related equipment, and equipped more than ten professional large-scale transportation vehicles for overall grouping operations. All personnel standardized the operation and closed-loop risk control throughout the whole process, and all the transportation tasks of over-limit wind power equipment landed smoothly, and all the transportation delivery was completed efficiently, safely and in compliance, which was recognized by customers.
